💼 Compensation & Benefits

For both Framer and Webflow roles, we offer:

• 50/50 profit-sharing model.

  • You’ll receive 50% of all the profits generated from your work on templates or design system support.
  • Earnings are calculated on a weekly basis, meaning you’ll be paid 50% of all profits generated by your contributions that week, whether it’s from template sales, design system development, or client projects.

  However, it’s important to note:

  • There is a risk involved, as sales can fluctuate. Some months may have low sales and minimal earnings, while others could see high sales and significant profits. The more you create, the more you can make. It’s just up to you.
  • The earnings estimates provided are based on our experience from previous months, but actual results may vary.

• Access to Koala Studio: Collaborate with top professionals and resources.

• Become a Core Team Member: Take the lead as the Webflow or Framer expert for future client projects.

• Long-term collaboration opportunities.

Earnings Potential:

• Template Creator Roles: Estimated earnings of $200-$5000 per template a month.
• Design System Support Role: Estimated earnings of $500-$2000 a month.
